How I work.

Understand the goal.
What does success look like? A view? A sale? A subscriber? A feeling?

Find the audience.
Who's watching? What do they believe? What do they need to feel to act?

Build the hook.
First 3 seconds. Open loops, pattern interrupts, curiosity gaps. Engineered, not felt.

Engineer retention.
Every cut is a decision. Every silence is intentional. Pacing is calculated.
05
Iterate using data.
Read the retention graphs. Find drop-off points. Fix them. Never stop.
06
Measure outcomes.
Work is finished when the result is confirmed. That's the real brief.
